The Production Planning Staff is responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. This role requires close coordination with production, supply chain, and purchasing to align plans with business goals and optimize resource utilization. We have two factories located in Hiệp Phước and Bình Dương. This position will be based at the Hiệp Phước and may work at the Bình Dương factory up to two to three days per week.

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization by analyzing demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.
• Review and analyze demand forecasting data to create accurate production schedules by considering lead times, resource availability, and production constraints.
• Collaborate with production teams, supply chain, and sales to align production planning with business goals by sharing and assessing demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Purchasing teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components by monitoring stock levels and supplier lead times.
