Mô Tả Công Việc Technical Manager Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Responsible for sample quality, work with customer system, work with team to follow up sample from tube to finish sample, make sure sample on time as per plan.
*Main Duties
1. Check quality on sample (fabric, measurement…) on all testing & sending sample.
2. Download customer comment & share to team. Need to understand well all customer comment before sharing.
3. Work with sewing team, pattern team to make correct testing sample before go to sending sample.
4. Work close with Technician team to make sure all customer comments about fabric must to improve before pass to sewing team.
5. Update measurement and call out to customer’s system
6. Coordinate with BU and other departments.
7. Check and approve all size set & report to QA/TD manager, if any issue. Update pilot tracking.
8. Updated fit tracker weekly directly with customer
9. Updated fit chart/ book fitting with customer by weekly
10. Report to TD manger, if any issue.
