ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Architectural Design Manager will work under the direction of the Korean Design Director.
• He/she will play a role as a Project Leader/Team Leader in leading and running assigned projects in Vietnam and abroad.
• Produce/draw technical and detailed design drawings for project in Korea or abroad after Concept design team finish concept design.
• Manage 1 technical design team for project in abroad or Vietnam.
• Manage the project schedule and control the design process, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success
• Other duties/jobs assigned or requested by the superiors

• Minimum of (10) years post bachelor’s degree qualification experience with a minimum of (2) years in management of a design team
• Ability to prepare architectural documentation to international standards
• Excellent skills in Autodesk, and BIM design & making Revit model
