At least 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, particularly in group business/travel agency sales.
In-depth knowledge of the tourism market, travel products and services, as well as related procedures and regulations.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Market analysis skills and the ability to assess customer needs.
Event planning and organization skills.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Passion for the tourism industry and a desire to develop a career in this field.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and high-pressure work environment.
