• Responsible for fulfillment by coordinating and collaborating with other divisions to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Maintain inventory control with an accuracy rate of 99.9%.
• Monitor and control products/inventories both physically and systematically in compliance with agreed SOPs.
• Manage and control operational costs, ensuring the budget is used effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement Vietnam-specific policies and procedures for warehousing, logistics and fulfillment.
• Review and lead warehouse/logistic and supply chain systems and execution plans to meet business expansion requirements for both B2C and B2B.
• Monitor and report on warehouse, logistics, and performances, ensuring KPIs are met and seeking continuous improvements.
• Working as a team to support other division.
• Managing and controlling operational cost and ensuring the budget is being used effectively and efficiently.
