Mô Tả Công Việc Business Analyst Với Mức Lương 12 - 18 Triệu
Analyze business requirements and produce corresponding business and technical specifications
Ensure that the solutions delivered by the development team meet the business requirements
Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are accounted for during the project life cycle
Provide input to project plans and schedules
Conduct research market, build business cases, and define user story
Conduct sprint demo and facilitate the collection of feedback from stakeholders during the demo
Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
Manage and ensure all documents are up-to-date

of experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst would be a plus.
Quickly adapt to frequent changes in a startup environment
Advanced proficiency in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business flows/diagrams.
Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with stakeholders, developers, testers and team leader.
Product-oriented mindset, good critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and analytical competencies with an emphasis on product development.
Familiar with the use of Use Cases as requirements gathering/analysis tool.
Have knowledge of using JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools.
