- Support managing Company’s asset portfolio including residential, office, retail, and serviced apartment projects. Monitoring project timeline, legal process, budget, cash flow, and return for each asset.
- Getting involves in new investments including research, deal evaluation, and structuring, financial analysis (including feasibility studies); Support to prepare approval papers/documents to seek approval from Management and the Group’s Investment Committee.
- Set up, control and monitor key performance indicators for respective departments during the project planning, development and operation.
- Work closely with various internal departments and external partners, local authorities, agents, lawyers, consultants, business associates for any issues related to the assets.
- Support maintaining relationships with bankers and investors, partners and stakeholders.
- Perform market research, macro updates, law and regulation updates, and other reports.
- Prepare approval papers as required by the company’s process.
- Assist in other works as required by the Investment & Portfolio Management Team.
- Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and the Environment, Health and Safety Management System of the Company
