Mô tả Công việc
Responsibilities 1: Build & update diagram of displaying products based on sales/revenues or company strategy by Spaceman software.
- Update POG periodically with new products & products changed status.
- Prepare, propose & build the layout for new stores or renewal stores.
- Build, publish & supervise POG of new stores or renewal stores based on sales/revenues or company strategy.
- Responsibility for the display efficiency of the assigned category.
- Manage assortment of the assigned category.
- Analyze sales data, stock day, regular movement to recommend product to be deleted or supported to push sales (existing products and new products).
- Receive & solve feedbacks or suggestion of assortment or leasing from merchandisers.
- Receive & solve feedbacks or suggestion of display issue from stores.
Responsibilities 2: Build & update merchandising principles & processes relating to displaying.
- Survey & analyze category performance, competitors, shopper behavior, market trend, then propose, build & deploy new category decision tree or merchandising principles periodically.
- Review, analyze category performance to give recommend & apply effective space share, layout, facing, merchandising.
- Study, propose & deploy processes & policies relating to displaying, such as: Cut & plus product process, Cut & Plus report, POG updating process, New store opening
Responsibilities 3: Supervise the execution of updating POG at stores.
- Propose & build the Checking store process to ensure POG implementation at store.
- Deploy checking process, valuate & report checking result to line manager periodically.
Responsibilities 4: Manage database
- Collect & manage product pictures, product dimension, product information.
- Collect & manage layout, summary of gondola length, number of SKU.
- Collect, analyze, unify, manage sales data, assigned reports.
Responsibilities 5: Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Cooperate with Merchandisers and Design team to propose, create special concepts in stores: ISP, Selling point, MD hanging...
- Cooperate with Development team on new or renewal layout, ordering display equipment.

Qualifications (Essential): Degree of Bachelor
Major: Business Administration/ Arts/ Design/ Marketing or relevant majors

Essential skills:
- Good analytic & problem solving skill
- Highly effective organizational skills with the ability to follow-through and follow-up on a real-time basis.
- Able to handle various task with minimum supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and frequently verbally.
