Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Transportation Operations Supervisor to manage daily inbound and outbound transportation flows at our Long An distribution hub. This person will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery service, working closely with drivers, 3PLs, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily transportation operations, including dispatch, routing, and delivery tracking
• Manage 3PL partners, ensuring on-time performance and service quality
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, customer service, and planning teams to align transportation schedules
• Monitor and optimize transportation costs, delivery SLAs, and vehicle utilization
• Handle exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, routing issues) quickly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate transportation records and reports
• Support peak seasons and last-mile delivery scaling efforts
• Lead a team of drivers and/or dispatchers as needed
• Implement SOPs and continuously improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
