Position Overview:
Technology Change Management: Oversee and implement technology changes in production environments using automation tools such as Jenkins, Argo, and others.
Technology Change Management:
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Manage, support, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
Infrastructure Deployment: Collaborate with relevant departments to design and deploy complete systems or individual components on internal infrastructures or cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, long-term performance, reliability, and security.
Infrastructure Deployment:
Monitoring & Alerting: Establish robust monitoring and alert mechanisms using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, and propose effective solutions to address any issues promptly.
Monitoring & Alerting:
Test Runners Setup: Configure and maintain automated test runners integrated within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring of applications.

Secure Vault Implementation: Establish and manage secure vault solutions for sensitive credentials and secrets, ensuring robust security and compliance standards.
Secure Vault Implementation:
Collaboration on Change Requests: Work alongside various teams during the development of change requests (CRs) related to system and application deployments.
Collaboration on Change Requests:
Cost Optimization: Proactively suggest cost-effective solutions and optimize existing systems to align with company requirements.
Cost Optimization:
Reporting & Issue Resolution: Report deployment outcomes and handle any post-deployment issues, ensuring rapid resolution of technical problems.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the continuous improvement of our technology stack.

Proven experience deploying applications using Containers (Docker) and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of network security principles, system security, and best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
Familiarity with the DevSecOps model and its integration into CI/CD workflows.
Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
Solid understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments; experience with cloud service installation and management is a plus.
Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
