Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Executive.
Leasing Executive
+ Main function: Implement the commercial leasing activities for new projects and current malls; proactively fill up all vacant areas with suitable tenants to achieve 100% target of the project in order to contribute to mall development
+ Main function:
+ Work location: HCM Head Office - 15th Floor, LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC
+ Work location:
+ Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

+ Report to: Team Leader
+ Report to:
1. Implement leasing smoothly as per team leader’s allocation and well update knowledge about retail market through survey and analysis to ensure sub-team can fulfill leasing work as target (25%);
2. Proactively explore new tenant’s interest to increase database and select suitable ones to ensure best tenancy mix and profitable for the shopping mall (15%);
