1. Digital Marketing: 50%
Assist in creating and executing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Support the preparation of content for social media posts
2. Data Analysis & CRM program management: 30%
Compile traffic, and customer behavior data for analysis.
Manage and oversee brand CRM programs
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on CRM performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Cross function collaborative: 20%
Coordinate with cross function teams to implement campaigns.
Other tasks assigned by Head & Manager.
