Job Title: Production Cell Leader
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager
The products are sold across a network of sewing machine dealers, mass retailers (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Lidl, MediaMarkt, Carrefour), specialty retailers (e.g., Joann, Michaels), online retailers (e.g., Amazon, Tmall), distributors, and through the company’s 180 internally operated retail stores.
Essential functions and key responsibilities are:
● Manage and monitor teams follow the targeted KPIs: Budget, cost, productivity, quality…
● Follow the instructions of the Department Manager.
● Manage and coordinate personnel in the department.
● Based on the production situation, develop a personnel plan for the department to ensure that the Production have enough manpower to operate and meet the production plan.
● Coordinating with the human resources department in input recruitment.
● Directing job training for employees.
● Managing the and controlling all production activities in order to achieve the required level of cost, quality and production plan.
