- Be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all kinds of transactions in Overseas/Inward Remittance team.
- Check/ Approve outward overseas payment, handle investigating/tracing transactions, refund transactions, amendment/ cancellation transaction, call-back, verify signatures, discuss with customers via phone or email to make clear the transaction information and handle the issues if any.
- Approve inward transaction (international and local incoming transaction), control the funding reports.
- Assist Team leader & Department Head in projects handled by Team.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management and Department Head.
- Be responsible for the team's strict follow of procedures as internal & head office regulations
- Other duties assigned by Manager/ Department Head

- University graduation in banking (priority), finance, accounting and/or related fields.
- Good command in English ; Good communication skills.
- Good command in computer skills (typing, word, excel....)
- Knowledge of local law on foreign exchange control and investment
- Good understanding of international payment methods, local settlement system and accounting basic knowledge
- Carefulness, accuracy and execution skill are strongly required
- Sense of responsibility, team work manner is a must
- Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work overtime are preferred
