We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EDI Support Technician to join our team. EDI Support will join in the process of designing, testing, and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between our organization and external partners, as customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EDI standards, integration processes, and mapping tools, as well as problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Further, technical training will be provided.

Your role
• Support in Design, test, and maintain EDI solutions to support business operations.
• Support day to day Group wide EDI processing functions including troubleshooting operational issues and implementing new EDI customers and suppliers.
• First level support for change requests.
