Responsibilities
• Be in charge of leader team with daily works which related to payable account, receivable account,
reconcile bank accounts, cash, assets, tools and equipment, support to export docs to collect money on
time. Monitor daily transactions and prepare monthly report.
• Manage and monitor daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and reasonableness of
financial transactions.
• Check and compare accounting data in the bookkeeping system to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate and urge other departments to provide timely data and documents to accounting to
complete reports on time according to accounting standards and as requested by management.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Working with the Tax Department & Statistics Department in Phu My, Binh Dinh.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
