Mô Tả Công Việc Kế toán tổng hợp Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Accounting
Ensure financial practices are following accounting rules as well as company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Check the Daily sales report. Prepare Daily sales report template at month end.
Record payroll into the accounting system.
Oversee Asset management including setting up new assets, transfer, depreciation, liquidation…
Supervise payments, including but not limited to, Store Expenses, G&A Expenses, Reimbursements, Cash, Bank Payments, and Loan Payments; as well as ensure proper internal control systems are in place.
Work closely with banks to arrange new loan documents and funds to secure enough working capital for day-to-day operations.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly book closing by managing all key accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Payroll, Social Insurance
Other tasks will be assigned by managers.
Reporting
Ensure daily reports are sent out to Management timely
Ensure all financial numbers are consolidated for internal and external presentations
Audit
Assist in working with internal and external audits.
People / Relationship Management
Supervise and train subordinates
Build and maintain effective relationships amongst a range of function departments.

Strong understanding of accounting principles
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting in foreign companies
Have good critical thinking and self-discipline
Have good skills in work organizing and time management
Able to communicate in English. Good Excel and SAP software systems is preferable
Ability to work under high-pressure
Work in a team and independently
Be a careful and dedicated person
