Mô Tả Công Việc Sửa chữa/Bảo trì máy công nghiệp Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Daily check the operating status of machines: Air compressors, conveyor belts, production machines (automatic laser welding machines, automatic battery sorting machines, battery chargers, automatic glue filling machines).
Perform preventive maintenance for machines as scheduled.
Evaluate equipment functionality, recommend spare part for preventive maintenance and spare part need to repair machines.
Monitor inventory and replacement plans.
Troubleshooting and make reporting.
Make document for operation , check and maintenance instructions as required.
Backup PLC, HMI, Ac Servo, Inverter parameter for new machine.
Programming PLC when additional equipment is installed during the improvement process.
Perform calibration of torque tools.
And other tasks as required.

At least 1 year of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting production machines.
Good reading and understanding of electrical engineering drawings, and knowledge of industrial equipment control.
PLC programming capability: Mitsubishi PLC connection with HMI, AC servo, inverter.
Good communication and time management skills.
Honest, eager to learn, careful, hard-working.
