I. Key Accountabilities
Software Development
• Guide the development team to successful project delivery by offering technical expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Uphold high standards for web quality within the team by establishing effective practices.
• Facilitate collaboration among developers, business analysts, and software engineers in the planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance of web application technologies.
• Oversee the identification and resolution of technical and application issues.
• Proactively pinpoint areas where process enhancements are needed to improve business operations with minimal disruption.
• Evaluate opportunities for process adoption and improvement; prepare documentation to share insights with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining high-quality development standards.
• Support the IT team leader in crafting the team’s roadmap in alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Project Management
• Address project conflicts, challenges, and business requirements to maintain strong team performance.
• Collaborate with team leaders to resolve resource allocation issues and project obstacles; perform root cause analysis to help teams continuously refine methods for maximum productivity.
