Data Analysis Management
Develop and implement business analysis methodologies, standards, and best practices.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
Business Analysis
Translate complex business process issues into technical requirements.
Work closely with the Transformation team to ensure business needs are accurately captured and addressed.
Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Software Solution
Collaborate with the software development team to provide technical solutions that meet business requirements.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and implementation.
Ensure that IT solutions are designed and implemented to enhance user experience and business productivity.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Software Architecture
Conduct thorough reviews of software architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
Provide feedback and recommendations for architectural improvements.
Ensure software architecture aligns with business goals and user experience requirements.
Other
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis, UI/UX design, and software development.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in software companies
Have 2 years of experience in writing technical documents for Information Technology systems and products
Fluent in English, if candidates can communicate in Chinese or Japanese, it is an advantage
Have knowledge and understanding about sport like Football is an advantage
Have knowledge and know how to use Figma is an advantage
