Managing spare part and consumable store:
• Arrange goods in order in the store to make sure goods will be easily to be check, withdraw and incoming.
• Track in and out goods via office apps and specific system.
• Regular audit to comply with tracking files.
• Create an efficient space utilisation plan.
• Maintain the good lifetime to ensure no expired good stocking on the storage.
Managing minimum stock:
• Plan the minimum stock based on actual using to ensure not impact to related services.
• Track the good list with updating every in/out stock.
Planning and purchasing:
• Implementing procedures to optimize inventory control.
• Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure accurate recording of incoming.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the return or disposal of obsolete or damaged.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant metrics.
