Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising various of distributed photovoltaic contracts and legal texts, and controlling contract legal risks;
2. Responsible for assisting in handling various sudden legal disputes,following up cases by liaising with judicial authorities and law firms;
3. Providing legal consultation and training for the company's business team and partners;
4. Support for project documents;
5. Other matters assigned by department leaders.

Job requirements:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above; graduated from law related majors with judicial certification;
2. At least 3 years of experiences in legal affairs or lawyer work; preferably in the photovoltaic, construction engineering industries;
3. Good logical analysis and written expression skills, good at handling emergency work, strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit;
