The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Recruitment Performance & Quality Assurance, Specialist who:
- Ensure the performance of Quality Agent Recruitment is well reflected so that better decisions related to recruitment can be made easily
- Review/Analyze/Monitor implementation of process related to quality agent recruitment and make proper recommendations/take necessary actions to ensure the quality is met.
Job Description
A. Quality Recruitment Performance:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure overall department performance - KPIs: Analysis
- Accuracy. Measurements: %Error rate in data reports
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements regarding schemes/programs/activities that relate with Quality Recruitment - KPIs: Improvement Implementation Rate. Measurements: # of recommended actions implemented
