JOB SUMMARY: The candidate will support Vietnam CGA Manager in managing the Company’s reputation both internally and externally. They will be responsible for Internal Communication and Community Program/ Sustainability while also assisting with External Communications as needed.
JOB SUMMARY:

Internal & External Communication:
* Develop and execute internal communications to support Great Place to Work initiatives, engaging employees through Townhalls, Purpose Day, newsletters, emails, leadership messages, and other channels.
* Implement and localize internal communication programs from regional and global teams.
* Collaborate with brands to drive internal and external brand activation, encouraging employees to become brand advocates.
* Oversee the production of corporate materials such as profiles, brochures, videos, and other collaterals.
* Manage media outreach through press releases and social media to enhance corporate, brand, and workplace branding.
Community Program/Sustainability:
* Lead the development and program design of Mondelez CSR program with the support of implementing partner (NGO/social foundation).
