A. Responsibilities:
1. Talent acquisition:

2. Recruitment process management:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
3. Interviewing and assessment:
• Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Implement modern assessment techniques to select the best candidates.
4. HR information system management:
• Update and manage the candidate database.
• Track and report on recruitment progress regularly to management.
5. New employee onboarding:
• Support the organization of training and orientation programs for new hires.
