Mô Tả Công Việc Market Research Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Job Purpose
1. In charge of accounting records, tracking general ledger accounts regularly (by daily/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) according to the Vietnam law and to company regulations;
2. In charge of the preparation of management accounting reports/ financial statements on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis as required by the Group and/or for auditing purposes (both internal and external);
3. Facilitation, coordination, and review of financial activities relating to tax filing and documentation, tax risk management in accordance with business and State regulations.
4. Completing of tax declarations, tax reports, tax inspections if any to ensure all tax reports and payments are in compliance with the Vietnamese Tax law.
5. Other duties as required by GD and BOM
Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
• Additional certificate holder preferred (ACCA, Chief Accountant, CPA, Tax service certification…)
• 7-10 years of working experience in accounting and auditing with at least 3 years of working in a similar position in real estate company
• Good technical knowledge of core accounting functions, tax services, guidelines, and procedures
