Quyền hạn & Trách nhiệm (Authority & Responsibility)
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Inbound logistics
• Coordinate with related department to arrange the shipment from origin country.
• Green light to ship and monitor the goods in transit.
• Checking data shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, Bill of Landing customs declaration, import duty… based on VN customs regulations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department to do import customs clearance.
• Handling Import shipment of company, duty payment.
• Monitoring status of shipments from port to warehouse and solving occurred problems.
2. Outbound logistics
• Coordinate with Local sale/Customer service to deliver on time as delivery schedule.
• Arrange truck for pick up cargoes at warehouse.
• Check transportation fee & delivery proof of transporters.
• Local delivery base on time commitment with customer.
• Solve all issues happen when delivery to ensure that customers receive enough cargoes in good condition.
• Handling Export shipment.
