• Develop production plans to ensure smooth progress, utilizing appropriate labor, materials,
and equipment for each order.
• Train line leaders and enhance production processes.
• Coordinate production activities and collaborate with maintenance and quality control
departments to identify and resolve issues related to defective product specifications and
operational problems.
• Monitor production data to reduce the occurrence of defective products on the line.
• Implement and oversee safety regulations while maintaining 5S hygiene standards in
production.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in a multinational company; knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus.
Education: College degree or higher in Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with a proven ability to handle emergencies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, approachable demeanor, diligence, and quick response times; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email.
• Proficiency in English or basic Chinese is required.
