Develop and maintain the quality management system to meet industry standards.
Enforce quality control at all production stages, from raw materials to final testing.
Lead defect analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
Manage supplier quality through audits and material inspections.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other regulations.
Lead and support the quality team with training and guidance.
Work with Engineering, Production, and Procurement to resolve quality issues.
Monitor quality performance and identify improvement areas.
Promote a culture of quality and customer focus.

Communication: Effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
