1. Assess machine safety before putting into production
2. Act as safety officer in Plant. Work across Plants for horizontal expansion activities. Work with local authorities for compliance to the law.
3. Define implementation plan, internal audit and external audit plan and cordinate for the implementation. Follow up corective and preventive action. Risk assessment and evaluate the results and improvement.
4. Supervise waste treatment in the factory
5. Be 6S and CSR committee member, execute corrective and preventive actions.
6. Define training plan and deliver training to related people in plan and suppliers.
7. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
8. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a. 6S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
9. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
