Daily Operations:
• Work with sales teams and suppliers on supply nominations, review pro-forma invoices, and gather all necessary documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oil suppliers.
• Perform due diligence and review new suppliers.
Contract / Legal:
• Establish and manage contracts.
• Review contracts from other companies and assess what is acceptable.
• Represent the company's interests and requirements in contract negotiations, particularly with international partners, and address any issues that arise.
Supply Development / Commercial:
• Develop crude oil sources globally and build supplier networks.
• Foster direct relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate quality, quantity, timing, and shipping options according to market results and organizational requirements.
• Pursue potential sources that may benefit the company.
• Engage in general business development as needed.
• Stay informed about global market trends, changes, and opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions.
