• Capex portfolio Management
- Manage the portfolio of CAPEX investment from high-level control perspectives including but not limited to (i) prioritization of projects, (ii) alignment of objectives to business's overall goals and strategy, (iii) facilitating the efficient use of CAPEX across multiple projects and monitoring trends to ensure the use aligned with strategic goals, (iv) analyzing to improve the performance of CAPEX execution.
- Perform the function of Post implementation audit (PIA) as required under the company applicable policy to reassess the success of capital investment (i.e. integrity of asset life cycle, benefit, etc.) and lesson learn to be applied in the future projects.
- Data collection and analysis for CAPEX across multiple projects
• Company’s norms development and management: Support in norm development and daily application as assigned by Manager.
• Reporting
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports Capex investment among NSRP divisions/departments.
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports as assigned.
• Budgeting: Assist in developing, reviewing, maintaining and monitoring Corporate Planning's budget and its procurement plan.
• Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors
