Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Serve as the main point of contact between executives and internal/external partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Coordinate and track project progress on key business initiatives, offering support in project management as needed.
- Facilitate effective virtual communication and collaboration across multiple time zones, including KST, CET, and EST.
- Assist in coordinating global business operations remotely.
- Use virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Discord, Notion, Google Workspace) to ensure seamless remote operations and document management.
