We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at VietnamWorks. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and customer acquisition across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, podcasts, and partnerships.
1. Social Media Management
• Develop and implement content plans for Entry Level aligned with monthly themes to increase engagement, page likes, and new followers.
• Manage and oversee content calendars for VietnamWorks' media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn, Email, Blogs…
• Expand to new social media channels to drive user acquisition and improve brand awareness in 2025.
2. New Brand Launch
• Collaborate with the product team to support the creation of entry-level platforms such as new brand.
• Develop and execute branding and communication strategies for new product launches to maximize visibility and adoption.
• Assist in refining and aligning new' brand guidelines with current market demands.
3. Campaign Production
• Plan, develop, and execute engaging content tailored for fresh graduates and entry-level job seekers.
