1. Assist the Manager for the detailing and implementation of Marketing programs.
• Assist in development and implementation of the Communications Plan for the marketing programs
• Work closely with the media agency and the Team for detailing, implementation and monitoring of media campaigns and plans.
• Perform monthly gathering, analysis, and reporting of consumer and trade data including sales volumes, market share, penetration/ distribution, stock-out, and inventory.
• Assist in developing and implementing trade and consumer promos as well as merchandising and local event activities based on business directions while coordinating with both Sales and Trade Marketing departments.
• Analyze and monitor program efficiencies and effectiveness to ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor and track brands market share & performance to identify risks & opportunities.
• Input on the development, production & implementation of advertising and promotions for brand and media strategies and executions to support brand.
2. NPD: work with inter department team to evaluate product potential / package innovations for presentation to improve the brand image in the market place.
• Consumer research understanding / survey
• Other works as assigned by Manager
