Mô Tả Công Việc Product Marketing Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
- Ensure the compliance in all aspects of Vietnam Health, Safety and Environment regulation.
- Ensure the compliance to all Global, Zone, BU, Plant requirements in Health, Safety & Environment Management.
- Develop and maintain a healthy BU & Plant Health, Safety & Environment program without any noncompliance.
- Lead the Safety and Environment Pillars at BU & Plant level and support all the departments to achieve budgets and internal challenges.
- Lead HSS team (together with Plant team) to achieve HSE & Security KPI performance. Ensure reporting & compliance of HSE dashboard (Incidents, hazards report, unsafe behaviors, Coproduct, ENC, Chemicals, BTS and sustainable toolkit...)
- Lead Contractors in HSE field including safety plans, risk assessments, work permits, compliance, and other related aspects.
- Provide technical support in risk assessment to mitigate potential incidents, injuries and harm to the human and environment. Manage and monitor Emergency cases and procedure.
- Promote Safety and environment events like World Safety Day, World Water Day, World Environment Day at BU & Plant level based as Zone/BU guidelines.
- Leading in executing all HSS Capex projects at BU & Plant level.
