JOB PURPOSE
The ESH & CSR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization\'s Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, promotes a safe and healthy work environment, minimizes environmental impact, and enhances the company\'s social responsibility performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• ESH Program Development and Implementation:
 Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive ESH policies, procedures, and programs.
 Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential ESH risks.
 Establish and monitor ESH performance metrics and targets.
 Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international ESH regulations and standards.
• Safety Management:
 Promote a strong safety culture and provide safety training to employees.
 Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
 Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
