Mô Tả Công Việc Product Marketing Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
• Establish systems and processes to ensure and control the quality of semi-finished and finished products, including plastic components, outsoles, and accessories for sports footwear.
• Analyze the root causes of returned products and quality defects in ongoing production and develop corrective action plans to optimize processes.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inspection standards for all processes within the Quality Department.
• Train, manage and supervise the QC team effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as Production and Color & Material, to address quality issues on the shop floor.
• Address customer complaints, make monthly reports, and foster and enhance customer relationships.
• Implement quality methodologies for risk analysis, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
