Essential Duties and Responsibilities: to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

• Knowledge about fabric, product uses, functions.
• Present and recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, attending trade shows and conferences.
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
