Job Overview
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. This role involves leading construction teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Execution & Management: Oversee the implementation of construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient operations and high performance. Provide training and support when necessary.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets the highest quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control programs.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local and provincial regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide regular project updates and reports.
