We are seeking a Growth Analytics Manager to help drive growth across our services by focusing on end-to-end conversion optimization, service-wise analytics, and products/services innovation. Join us in shaping the future of the super app experience!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Conversion Funnel Management
• Oversee performance of end-to-end customer conversion funnel, ensuring smooth user journeys from acquisition to engagement and retention.
• Identify bottlenecks in the customer funnel (cross services) and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketplace and Product teams to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
2. Service-Wise Analytics
• Lead data-driven initiatives by analyzing service performance, customer preferences, and subscription models.
