I/ JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Responsible for accounts payable reports and detailed input invoice lists;
- To prepare, post and settle all the payable/payment entries;
- To verify all invoices and supporting documents.
- To perform stock controlling activities in Material warehouse (“Warehouse”);
- To assist all other departments in checking items in and out of the Warehouse, ensure good conditions for storing of items
II/ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A/ Tasks as Storekeeper:
- Assist all other departments in checking items in/out of Warehouse, and ensure items are in good condition;
- Arrange and organize all items in Warehouse according to their characteristics and usage frequency, ensure that all items are arranged so that they can be easy to locate and move;
- Ensure security of all items stored in Warehouse, record all items moved out;
