Job Overview
This position is responsible for the international Cross border e-commerce development & operational excellent as well as service delivery smoothly for the E-Commerce services in SEKO Logistics Vietnam.
Roles and Responsibilities
-To be responsible for the acquisition of new the international cross-border e-commerce (e-com) customers and the expansion of the company's e-com customer portfolio for SEKO Logistics Vietnam.
-To implement sales plan/strategy/activities, including Sales pipeline management, to achieve the development plan as well as growing sales revenue & profitability for Seko Logistics VN.
-To be responsible for your own customer portfolio management and ensure all of activities/ opportunities are updated into the SFDC system properly and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to do the execute the shipment clients and 3rd party to ensure that the parcels/ e-commerce shipments will be moving smoothly from the pick-up point to door delivery at destination smoothly.
- Responsible for E-commerce product development and growing sales revenue & profitability for Seko Logistics VN
- Project management of E-Commerce Cross-border customer onboarding with support from regional teams
