I. JOB PURPOSE
Provide an excellent assistance to Production Manager in his daily business activities to ensure its smoothness and efficiency.
II. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Report
• Monthly, quarterly manufacturing reports
• Coordinate with relevant departments/people to prepare/make reports
2. Interpretation AND translation
• Convert the English and Vietnamese language into another both verbally and in written
3. Administration assistance
• Arrange Production Team Meetings in Vietnam and Cambodia
• Check mailbox of Manager, recap the emails to Manager, take actions to which ones requested (replying on behalf of, asking for further information, connecting the departments to solve the issues, etc)
• Make payment request, payment balance, pre-payment & follow-up.
• Arrange business travels: visa, booking flights, accommodation, transportation, restaurants if any then updating to calendar.
• Inform the schedule of Manager to related people, preparing documents for business travel of Manager
