1. Focus on Affiliate Channel Development (35%) :
Develop and implement strategies to grow the Affiliate channel, aiming to increase sales and brand recognition.
Selecting, managing, and supporting Affiliate partners (KOLs, KOCs, Influencers) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Affiliate channels, proposing improvements to meet KPIs.
2. Account Management TikTok Channel (20%) :
Responsible for store management to ensure all run smoothly, and store layouts are refreshed regularly.
Responsible for data analysis & reporting and proactively coming up with recommendations to improve performance & increase sales in our online stores.
Suggesting and keeping a promotions calendar, tracking E-commerce marketing efforts, analyzing data, and using the findings to improve strategies
3. Idea Generation for Ads Channel (20%) :
Researching content trends on Social & Market, proposing creative ideas that align with the brand and target audience.
Planning content production (videos, scripts, concepts) to increase engagement, views, and conversion rates.
