Manage Quality system of Orana Vietnam ensuring the quality of products is consistent and meets government and industry standards as well as customer expectations.

QUALIFICATION:
1. BS/BA degree in engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience or quality control experience of which 2 years at Team leader/management position.
3. Knowledge in HACCP, ISO system.
4. Strong understanding of different software for quality assurance processes.
5. Experience in managing and working with interdepartmental team members.
6. Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and standards.
7. Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
8. Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skill is a must.
9. Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
