Purpose of the Role:
Support the CEO in managing and coordinating business operations across subsidiary companies. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and departments to achieve or exceed company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Operations Support
• Implement CEO’s directives on commercial plans, policies, and tasks; monitor progress and report regularly.
• Coordinate with sales management and business analysis teams to drive commercial targets.
• Review and approve business forecasts and assist in setting annual objectives for business units.
• Supervise task assignments and organize regular and ad-hoc meetings for business groups.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to business units, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments.
• Collect and analyze data for periodic and ad-hoc business reports.
• Maintain organized, confidential company records and documents.
2. Business Relations & Commercial Development
• Guide, review, and summarize strategic business reports (e.g., Business Development Plans, Forecasts).
