- Provide subject matter expertise to leadership team on organizational capabilities, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement...
- Drive organization culture transformation.
- Build strong relationships with key HR partners/clients to ensure HR partnership model are successfully launched and contribute to business results.
- Develop external relationship with local authorities and organizations. Work closely with Trade Union in implementation of programs to increase employee motivation and engagement.
2. HR Operation
- Partner with related functions and leverage capabilities to deliver the highest qualified services related to hiring, performance management, compensation and benefits,....
