We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Quality Department to lead and manage our plant’s quality system. This position requires an individual with extensive expertise in quality management systems, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining and improving product quality standards in line with ISO and IATF requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the plant's entire quality system to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

2. Manage, implement, and continuously improve the ISO and IATF quality management systems.

3. Establish and maintain processes to ensure quality standards are met across all production activities, including die-casting, surface finishing, machining, and assembly.
4. Conduct internal audits, lead customer audits, and coordinate corrective actions as required.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and ensure customer satisfaction
6. Develop and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic quality reports for management.
7. Train and develop the quality team to enhance their skills and ensure effective implementation of quality procedures.
