AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1.Lead Generation, Student Recruitment & Event Coordination
•Partner with various lead generation channels, including agents, schools, marketing and corporate entities, to organize recruitment events, webinars, and informational sessions.
•Collaborate with the Event Team to plan and execute student recruitment activities that engage prospective students.
•Work closely with the academic team & internal teams to align recruitment activities with program offerings and academic goals.
•Develop and implement marketing strategies for outreach initiatives that effectively attract prospective students.
•Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for events to maximize attendance, engagement, and sales conversion.
2.Student Recruitment Leadership, Management & Training
•Lead and motivate two sales teams, ensuring alignment with university goals and targets by setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.
•Provide coaching and support to Associate Managers and sales representatives, offering regular feedback and resources to enhance their skills and performance.
